Kickboxing
This class utilizes a women’s natural leg strength by using a combination of karate and boxing. This class is a solid sweat producing, breath catching, muscle building class that will work.
Karate
Learn American Tae Kwon Do and the Chuck Norris System – Chuk Kune Do, at your own pace. You will find that there is more than one way to handle an attacker.
Kyokushin Karate
Learn at your own pace. You will learn there is more than one way to handle your attacker as well as develop yourself physically and mentally and improve balance and coordination
Boxing
If you don’t like to kick, but think you would like to work out using your upper body strength, then boxing may be for you! This class will teach you solid boxing basics, with the benefits of new techniques. If you want a workout, this is it! Good old fashion boxing training
Japanese Jujitsu (Kito Ryu)
With Japanese Jujitsu, your training will teach you to strike, throw your opponent and fight on ground from bottom or top positions. You will also learn how to handle all confrontations during an attack and even how to use or defend against knife!
