Martial arts are so diverse, and serve many purposes in your life. From childhood into your adult life, self-defense can bring a level of discipline and fitness you can enjoy both in and out of the gym. By taking classes in more than one type of martial arts, you’re sure to become a self-defense machine, and can even combine and create your own unique fighting style whether you desire professional MMA glory or just want to stay in shape and feel empowered. Men and women alike benefit from the sense of power that comes with knowing how to defend yourself, and also in knowing that when you need to do so, your body and mind will be strong.

Classes at Conan’s Academy are scheduled conveniently to fit just about any schedule, and you’re welcome to sign up for as few or as many classes as you’d like. Classes are broken into age brackets, and private classes are available upon request. Our instructors are all experts in their styles, and if you seek professional competitive level training, Conan’s Academy can promise you the best possible training. Our MMA programs have even helped to train Master Of the Cage champion Zac “Red Devil” George and Wayne Cole.



Designed to introduce you to all the components of boxing. We will concentrate on getting the basics: your stance, punches and footwork. Classes are taught with the use of the heavy bag, speed bag and double end bag. Anybody can learn to box regardless of age, sex or size. Learning to box can be fun and it’s a great way to get in shape.

kickboxingNot only will you learn kickboxing fundamentals, but we also integrate traditional boxing training methods such as bag work, foot work and rope skipping. Performing a 50 minute kickboxing workout, can put you well on your way to permanent weight management and cardiovascular fitness.

jujitsuHere at Conan’s we teach Kito-Ryu Jujitsu, speed, technique and aggression are key factors here. Once you have developed your own “style” it’s easy to fine tune it towards a multi-faceted attack that you are comfortable applying.

This System is one of the most versatile systems to cope with street situations. You will learn judo throws and wrestling techniques.This system is the most effective for those wanting

self defense.

mmaGet the feel of being in the octagon cage just like you see on tv. We are the only school in norman that has a octagon cage. The MMA program consist of 4 classes monday thru thursday! you will learn kickboxing -boxing-judo-jujitsu – ground & pound and wrestling techniques.

MMA is most versatile program we have. you can choose whichever program you like to workout whether its kb, boxing ,jujitsu , MMA groundwork
